Cooking for Life



“Cooking for Life” is an Multi-Award Winning Organization, founded by Vikas Khanna in 2001 in New York with the World’s Top Chefs. Contributors like Alain Ducasse, Daniel Boulud, Gray Kunz, David Waltuck, Nobu Matsuhisa, David Bouley, and many more have donated their time and talents to help put several events together. Through the support of several organization we have been able to put glittering gastronomic events to raise money and awareness for different causes around the World.

In years the foundations has supported relief efforts around the world including 9/11, Tsunami Relief, Hurricanes of the Gulf Coast, South Asian Earth Quakes, Darfur, and many more.


With Vikas’ unique vision to use food to express love for communities, we have expanded to Chicago, San Francisco, and now proudly present World Chefs “Cooking for Life” of chefs from different countries cooking at World Wonders. Our first Event “The Living Pyramids” was hosted at the great Pyramids of Giza, Egypt on July 20th, 2006 to raise money and awareness for travelers with disabilities.
